FIRST GAME FIRST WIN!

So here I am for my first game. As I said, I decided to leave the game in Pro mode and I will increase it if I win easily my following matches.
The first match was against the Haws. I decided not to change the starting lineup: Bynum-Thomson-Gee-Waiters-Irving. I won easily by 7 points, but I surely could have won by more. I tried to use some systems but I didn't like any of them. I also tried the new dribbling system which I think I will perfect with Kyrie. Last but not least, I understood that Bynum is slow and with low stamina and I must be very careful of how I use him.
My stats of my best scorers:

KEY PLAYER: Kyrie Irving
I have never had such a good PG in my lift. He is an all-around player, who has excellent drives, shoots well, steals and makes his teammates better.
SURPRISE OF THE GAME: Felix
The rookie SG proved to be a great position shooter. 3/3 3-points!
I KNEW I WON WHEN:
Irving put two shots in a row in the fourth "quarter" and I was away by 10+. To be honest, I never thought I will lose, even after the bad first "quarter".

HAWKS

If I was playing in a higher difficulty level I would be in trouble. Good team, took several free shots and Lou Williams made a very good game.

HELLO CAVS!!!

Starting my association, I didn't change much of the rules. Nothing, to be precise. 6 minutes per quarter is a good time for rotation, the final score is normal even for a real game and it generally suites me. The only change was the 58 game per season, because 82 is too much and you have to play much to see drafts, workouts and other good features.

ABOUT THE GAME: The basic change is that now you have to do much more things with the right analog stick. You can dribble, shoot (like always) and even pass! So, in offense is the boss of controls!!! I particularly liked the pass with L1 and turning the R anal stick to the player you want. In this way, you can create space and give extraordinary passes, but be careful because your player must have a good passing ability. But, you will find that yourselves.

WHY CAVS? Because I wanted the team with future. The is no point in taking teams with super players like Lebron or Kobe. I like building my team in the right way and take down the giants! Also, I wanted to take control of Kyrie Irving, who is one of my favorite players.

Apart from Kyrie, Cavs have the 2013 draft no1 (Bennet), the 2012 draft no 4 (Waiters),a very good center (Bynum), one excellent back-up PG (Jack) and two glue men (Gee, Varejao). Here you can see the roster from the ESPN:

As you can see, we are good at 1(Irving, Jack),4(Thomson,Bennet,Varejao),5(Bynum,Varejao,Zeller) but we lack of good players in 2,3 and we don't have a strong bench. Despite that, I chose not to change anything yet and I am ready for my first game..

NEXT: GAME 1

What's this blog about?

Hello guys (and one or two girls who will probably read this)!
My name is George and I live in Athens (Greece). The idea for this blog came to me after playing hours and hours of 2k11 association. This association with LA Clippers is still in progress, after 3,5 years! During my adventure happened a lot: a learned the game, I won 2 championships and I ended up to be competitive in every game and team even in Hall of Fame mode. I changed a bunch of players and staff members, offensive systems and I even created my own plays. My only concern was that I couldn't share my experience with any of my friends, basically because you have to be really in love with this game. Also, I couldn't find NBA stories written, except for some youtube videos. So, when the new 2k14 came into my hands, I had decided it! I had to keep a journal of my new journey, with your company and thoughts. Did my trade was right, should I make salary cup space, etc. Of course, I am waiting your comments and your stories as well. Are you ready? Let's play!

IT' S COMING SOON....!
